Specific Location: N of Banks Lowman Road, Boise NF, Lat 44° 5´ 55″ Lon 116° 2´ 42″

Size: 621 acres (includes Frazier Fire, not Casner or Whitehawk Fires)

Costs to Date: $1,230,143

Transfer of command for the fire operations to the local unit at 0600 hours 9/1/2010. Lowman-Banks Road will be opened with unrestricted traffic at 1200 hours 9/1/2010.

Costs for the Boise Complex include 18 total incidents. The Cassner and Whitehawk incidents are now a part of the Whitehawk Complex.

The costs incurred until this point on those incidents are also included in this ICS-209. Future Boise Complex costs will not include those incidents.

Minimal fire activity. Received precipitation on the fire.Confine and contain. Wilde Type 2 Team has inbriefing tomorrow at 1300. Will become part of the Whitehawk Complex tomorrow.

Whitehawk Mountain Fire

Personnel: 92
Size: 337 acres
Percent Contained: 20%

Crews were able to complete direct line on the north and west flanks with the cooler and wetter weather. No growth accumulated.

Frazier Fire

Personnel: 147
Size: 741 acres
Percent Contained: 90%

A burnout was completed last night to reinforce structure protection measures and contain fire.

Intermittent closure of Lowman-Banks Highway 17. Community event in Crouch that is expected to bring in 400 outside visitors. Arrival of additional Type 1 handcrews.

Specific Location: Cache Creek W of Lost Lake, Boise NF, Lat 44° 17´ 2″ Lon 115° 27´ 6″

Closure of the FS502 Road. Closure of Lost Lake Trail and Trailhead. Burned through the Cache Creek area (including consuming the Cache Burn, 2009) which was a point local resources thought would have slowed the progress of the fire but it didn’t.

NIMO Team Gage to assume command of the fire tomorrow morning as part of The Boise Complex. Continue to monitor. Development of Long Term Plan.

Whitehawk Mountain Fire

Location: 14 mi NE of Lowman, Valley Co. ID
Specific Location: W of Beaver Valley, Boise NF, Lat 44° 17´ 13″ Lon 115° 30´ 29″

Size: 125 acres
Percent Contained: 0%

Crews making good progress on established the anchor point and working from there for line construction. Closed the FS569 Road. About 3 miles of hoselay established.

NIMO Team Gage is assume control of the fire tomorrow morning under The Boise Complex.
